The Agency's Facilities Management expertise can be engaged on individual facilities or for a large number of properties such as housing estates. The Agency's objective in this service is to ensure that the client organisation is able to manage the use of its property and facilities in the most appropriate and efficient manner and that the clients properties and facilities are maintained and fully utilised in a cost effective manner whether that entails new construction work, renovations, maintenance, disposal or change of use.
