BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEERING
In 2006 the National Building Agency set up a Building Services Engineering Section to deal with the increasing importance of sustainable design in the built environment. This consultancy service includes preparation of the following plans and studies:

- Building Energy Rating Assessments
- Assessment of External Consultants Design
- Design Proposals
- Environmental Appraisals of Design
- Environmental Impact Statements
- Monitoring of Building Services Installations
Our projects to date include
- Centralised district wood chip boiler heating scheme for Tralee County Council
- Heat pump bore hole heating and cooling system for Enniscorthy County Council
- Condensing boiler heating schemes
