QUALITY CONTROL

The National Building Agency Ltd. operates the necessary procedures and system controls to comply with the requirements of I.S. EN ISO 9001:2008 and have received certification from the National Standards Authority of Ireland.

The Agency operates two primary documents in this regard:

  • Quality Policy Manual
  • Practice Operational Procedures Manual

With I.S. EN ISO 9001:2008 registration the National Building Agency strives to ensure a competent, value for money service for clients, with particular emphasis on staff skill development and ongoing improvement of efficiency and quality.
